REFERRAL PROGRAM

1. Eligibility
   • The referral program is open to all students and individuals who wish to refer new students to TechBridge Technologies' training programs.
   • The referring individual ("Referrer") must not be an employee or agent of TechBridge Technologies.
2. Referral Process
   • The Referrer must provide the contact details of the referred student ("Referred Student") to TechBridge Technologies before the student enrolls.
   • The Referred Student must mention the Referrer’s name at the time of admission.
   • There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.
3. Commission Structure
   • 1 Month | 2 Months | 3 Months Course → ₹250 per student
   • 4 Months and Above Course → ₹500 per student
4. Commission Payment Terms
   • The commission is provided only upon full payment of course fees by the Referred Student.
   • The commission will be paid within 10 working days after the student has made full payment.
   • The payment will be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash, as per TechBridge Technologies' discretion.
   • If a referred student requests a refund or cancels the course, the commission will not be paid. If already paid, it may be deducted from future commissions.
5. Validity of Referral
   • If the same student is referred by multiple referrers, the commission will be awarded to the first referrer who registered the student’s details.
   • The referral must be registered before the student makes the payment. Referrals made after enrollment will not be considered.
6. Additional Incentives
   • If a referrer brings in 5 or more students who enroll in a month, they will receive a ₹1,000 extra bonus.
7. Program Modifications
   • TechBridge Technologies reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
   • TechBridge Technologies reserves the right to adjust the commission rates as necessary to align with business needs.
   • Any disputes regarding the referral program will be resolved solely by TechBridge Technologies.
8. Legal Disclaimer
   • The referral program does not create any employer-employee or partnership relationship between TechBridge Technologies and the referrer.
   • The referral commission is simply an incentive and does not grant permanent rights.

By participating in the TechBridge Technologies Student Referral Program, the Referrer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

   • The TechBridge Technologies Business Referral Program ("Program") allows individuals and businesses ("Referrers") to earn referral rewards by referring new clients to TechBridge Technologies ("Company") for the following services:
   1. Website Development
   2. Digital Marketing
   3. Graphic Designing
2. Eligibility
   • The Program is open to individuals and businesses who are at least 18 years old.
   • Employees of TechBridge Technologies and their immediate family members are not eligible.
   • The referred client ("Referred Client") must be a new customer who has never availed of services from TechBridge Technologies before.
3. Referral Process
   • Referrers must submit the details of the Referred Client through the official referral form, via email, or call.
   • The Referred Client must mention the Referrer’s name and contact details while availing services.
   • A successful referral is counted when the Referred Client signs a contract and makes full payment for any of the eligible services.
4. Referral Rewards
   • Referrers will receive 10% of the total project value per successful referral.
   • Rewards will be processed within 10 business days after the completion of the Referred Client’s payment.
5. Payment Terms
   • Referral rewards will be paid via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed-upon methods.
   • Payments will be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
   • Any tax liabilities arising from the referral rewards will be the sole responsibility of the Referrer.
6. Program Limitations & Restrictions
   • Self-referrals are not allowed.
   • The Referred Client must avail services worth at least ₹10,000 for the referral to be eligible for rewards.
   • If multiple Referrers refer the same client, only the first valid referral submission will be considered.
   • Fraudulent, misleading, or unethical referrals will be disqualified, and the Referrer may be banned from the Program.
7. Modification & Termination
   • TechBridge Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
   • Changes will be effective immediately upon updating on the official website or other communication channels.
8. Dispute Resolution
   • Any disputes related to the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of TechBridge Technologies.
   • The decision of TechBridge Technologies in all matters concerning the Program shall be final and binding.
